Built in 1999, this exterior of the house was designed in conjunction a local architect. The house has triple glazed windows, excellent insulation, and wonderful southern and eastern light. A Weismann high efficiency boiler provides radiant heat and there is also air conditioning and a separate air-to-air heat exchanger for fresh air. The house features numerous custom cherry built-ins and cabinets with black accents. A third floor home office with its own spiral staircase has glass on three walls with built in bookcases below and views from New Hampshire to Connecticut.
