Built in 2001, this house was designed by Kuhn Riddle Architects. It has all birch trim and birch three panel doors. A walk out basement provides extra living space with good light. A high efficiency Buderus boiler provides heat and hot water with a hydro/air system. The house was energy certified as an Energy Crafted home (the program that preceded the energy Star program). A three-season porch enjoys the views to the south and east.
