Bali Residence: a modern French condo renovation
From a bare unit to a finished home: octagon floor tiles in the kitchen, wall mouldings, arched niche shelving with LED strips, a fireplace mantel and rattan-cane wardrobe doors.
Taman Kesidang: an old apartment rebuilt inside
The worn floors and black-tiled kitchen counter were replaced with wood-look flooring, slatted LED feature walls, a white kitchen and new bathroom tiles.
Taman Ara Permai: extension, new front and carpentry
A rear extension for the wet kitchen and master bedroom, a new fencing wall, a new front look, and wood-grain carpentry through the hall.

How your home renovation budget gets planned
The price of a Melaka home renovation depends on the size of the house and what you want done, so we don’t publish a price list. After the site visit you get a written quotation within one week.
If the number is higher than you planned, tell us what matters most. We’ll show you what can wait, and where a different method or material keeps the cost down.
What usually moves the price of a home renovation:
- Structure work (extensions, hacking walls, new slabs) costs far more than surface work like paint and flooring.
- Wet areas: kitchens and bathrooms carry tiling, plumbing and waterproofing.
- Built-in carpentry is priced by length, so full-height wardrobes and long kitchens add up quickly.
- Materials and finishes: plywood or aluminium, tile sizes, laminate flooring, lighting points.

You do. The final 10% is paid at completion, after you’ve walked through the finished house with us.

Yes. Laminate flooring and indoor and outdoor curtains and blinds are part of our services, so the house is handed over finished, not just built.
