A bare condo unit fitted out in a Modern French Elegance style, with wall mouldings, arched niche shelving, black-framed glass partitions and a fireplace mantel. This page shows the empty unit, the tiling and ceiling stage, and each finished room.
01 / Scope
02 / How it went
In December 2024 the unit was empty: floors down to bare screed, grey half-height tiles in the kitchen and loose wires in the ceiling. By March 2025 the black and white octagon floor tiles were down, white subway tiles were going up in the kitchen and ceiling boards were being fixed. The July 2025 photos show the finished rooms: moulded walls, arched shelving, glass partitions, the walk-in wardrobe and the bunk-bed room.
03 / Before / after
Grey half-height tiles and a bare floor became black base cabinets, white upper cabinets and octagon floor tiles.
The plain doorway at the end of the kitchen now has black arched double doors with textured glass.
