Country Villa carpentry, plus a first-floor extension

02 / How it went

How the job went

At one of the houses the work ran from January to July 2025: footings and new slabs went into the side, rear and front yards, then a first-floor room was formed, cast and bricked in over the car porch and fitted with a large black-framed window. The 2026 photos show the finished grey extension with a carport awning and a turfed side garden, and inside, a bar with display cabinets, an altar wall and a TV feature wall. A second house was photographed bare in August 2025 and fitted out with carpentry by February 2026, and a third set from July 2023 shows a dark shaker-style kitchen and a courtyard nook.

Light-well floor: soil to new screed

The narrow light-well between the glass doors was dug out, then given a new cement screed in January 2025.
